Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reaffirmed the resolve to empower youth, strengthen research ecosystems and harness science and technology for national development and global good.

In his message on the occasion of National Science Day, PM Modi said people are celebrating the spirit of research, innovation and scientific curiosity that drives the nation forward. He said this day commemorates the groundbreaking discovery of the Raman Effect by CV Raman, which placed Indian research firmly on the global map.
